Facebook Year in Review

The Project In years past, all users received the same version of a video celebrating their year. However, since everyone lives their life differently, we wanted to create something that felt unique to each person’s individual year.

The “chapters” that appeared in your book were dependent on your personal activity in 2018. For example, only if you traveled you received a travel module. In a relationship? The love module. Etc. Etc. 

The result was 1.2 billion videos that felt truly personalized (without getting creepy 😉).
